Ed Frisbee

Meet Ed Frisbee

Realtor®, Founder of Frisbee Real Estate — Asheville & Hendersonville

You loathe typical real estate bios. Don’t worry, I do too. They’re usually stiff, predictable, and don't tell you much about the person you’ll actually be working with. So here’s what I think you should know about me.

I help people get what they want through real estate, and then we stay with them throughout their homeownership journey.

That philosophy is at the heart of why I founded Frisbee Real Estate. Whether you're buying your first home, selling to begin a new chapter, downsizing, investing, or simply trying to figure out your next move, my job starts with understanding what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there, I’ll give you honest advice and help you find the best path forward.

Will I return your calls and emails? Absolutely.

Communication matters to me. One of the biggest frustrations people have with real estate is feeling like they don't know what's happening or can't reach their agent. That's not how I do business. Whether you call, text, or email, you can expect responsive, straightforward communication throughout the process.

What happens after closing?

Hopefully, our relationship is just getting started.

I don't want to be the Realtor you vaguely remember five years from now. Frisbee Real Estate was built around creating lifelong client relationships. Through our VIP Client Club, homeowner resources, trusted local connections, and ongoing support, we want to be the people you call whenever you have a question about real estate or homeownership.

Who am I outside of real estate?

I'm a husband, dad, business owner, and Western North Carolina Realtor who believes relationships matter. My wife Sandra and I have been married for more than 25 years, and we have three children, Abi, Mary, and Zeke. I enjoy good food, great music, especially 80s and Christian music, and spending time with the people who matter most.

Real estate is a big financial decision, but it is also very personal. I don't take lightly the trust someone places in me when they ask for my help.

If you're thinking about buying, selling, investing, or just wondering what your options are, I'd be glad to have a conversation.
